Wishing Well

For the bride and groom who have everything then a wishing well is a polite way to ask for money for your wedding instead of gifts.  Traditionally people have dropped money into wells to make a wish and wishing wells are now a popular trend at weddings.  Cards can also be posted into the wishing well.

The wishing well is securely fastened and can be opened at the end of the evening or the following morning by the bride and groom.  The wishing well can be left plain or decorated to match your colour scheme.

The wishing well is a high quality British made item unlike many of the cheaper versions around. Our wishing well is also suitable for christenings and birthdays. We will deliver and set up the wishing well at your venue and collect again after your event.

Wishing well hire = £50.00

Delivery costs on request.

A choice of framed poem is also provided if required:

“More than just kisses so far we've shared,
Our home has been made with love and care,
Most things we need we've already got,
And in our home we can't fit a lot!
A wishing well we thought would be great,
(But only if you wish to participate),
A gift of money is placed in the well,
Then make a wish .... but shhh don't tell!
Once we've replaced the old with the new,
We can look back and say it was thanks to you!
And in return for your kindness, we're sure
That one day soon you will get what you wished for.”

OR

“Our two families have come together as one.
We really hope you can join in the fun.
A wishing well we thought would be great,
but only if you wish to participate.
A gift of money is placed in the well,
then make a special wish, but do not tell!
Please do not be offended by our request,
as our day is complete having you as a guest.”
